As the Resident Chef of Petals and Leaves, Alwin Chan has brought with him a strong 13 years worth of cooking experience. Commanding a strong portfolio for the OCBC Executive Club, Sketches and running his own pizza and pasta outlet, the culinarily sensitive Alwin is an artistic genius with all things edible and is especially well versed in food presentation.
"I always insist on fresh produce and healthy ingredients" says the Resident chef, "This, I believe is the key element to good health". And fresh it is, as he insists that as much as possible, the ingredients ought to be delivered fresh and quick from the nearby farms, shortening the time taken from nature to your plate.

Inspired by the natural, lush surroundings of Kranji countryside and the blissful calmness of the bistro, Alwin crafted his dishes that suit the environment beautifully.

"Try the fresh salad and salsa dip", winks the chef, "It’s my favourite".
